This Logbook is designed to support all Pre-Apprenticeship students—whether new to the role or already experienced—in tracking and managing their driving and farming activities. It offers a structured way to build a verified record of skills and on-the-job learning, helping you showcase your growth over time.

Trainee
Trainees are individuals engaged in tractor driving and related farm work. They use the Pre-Apprenticeship Logbook to record daily activities, creating a verified log of their skills and progress. The logbook is a core part of the Pre-Apprenticeship, helping trainees reflect on their development. Trainees have access only to their own profile.

Tutors
Tutors support trainees by monitoring what they are recording in the logbook. They provide encouragement, guidance, and help ensure the trainee stays on track. Tutors also liaise with employers to ensure workplace activities are captured accurately and that employer feedback is completed where needed. Tutors have access to all trainee profiles.
